SHIPPING

Once your order leaves our facilities you will receive an email with the tracking code. Shipping times vary depending on the destination:

· Spain: 24/48h

·Europe: 3-5 Business days

·Rest of the world: 5-8 Business days

Shipping and returns in Spain are cost-free (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

The client must take charge the customs costs in the event they exist.

If your order has not arrived or you have received a wrong or damaged item please contact us by email.

 

 

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

STEPS TO START A RETURN:

① Seal the item in the original packaging.

② Go to the "Mi Account" section and log in with your email or CLICKING HERE

③ Select the order you want to return and follow the steps

④ Once the return is approved, you will receive an email with the return label. Go to the nearest UPS Point with your return label.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The return costs will be deducted from the returned amount.
